Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, UA3 has stepped up its vital role as an on-the-ground community partner ensuring uninterrupted, direct support for local residents. We have distributed over $20M worth of fresh produce and food products, ten million facial masks, and $10M worth of hand sanitizers and related healthcare products.
Recipients include older adults, undocumented residents, people with disabilities, and neighbors living at or below the poverty line in SRO and NYCHA housing.
