In May 2025, the Community First Food Pantry served 7,117 people across Chinatown and the Lower East Side.
This May, the Community First Food Pantry served a total of 7,117 individuals across UA3’s Chinatown and Lower East Side communities. Here’s the breakdown:
- Children: 1,098
- Adults: 2,622
- Seniors: 3,397
- Total households: 2,496
That’s thousands of meals, countless conversations, and continued commitment to food access and dignity for all. Thank you to UA3’s staff, volunteers, donors, and partners for helping nourish NYC.
